Repeating Decimals
If we have a repeating decimal as a quotient, that means the quotient will go on forever. We can abbreviate the answer by putting ellipses (…) at the end of the number to indicate the pattern repeats.
A shorthand notation of this is to place a line over the digits that repeat.
